Deepening – All Levels: Expand and refine your practice and challenge yourself to go deeper into postures, deeper into meditation, deeper into your breath as you gain an increased understanding of subtle body alignment and the teachings of Hatha yoga. Hatha Integration: Careful, intentional, integrative, meditative and fun
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years, this all-levels class will encourage you to return to the seat of your own wisdom and power to bring healing, balance and peace to your entire being.
Classes will weave together the traditions of Iyengar-based alignment, yoga therapeutics vinyasa flow sequencing, and will include a wide range of poses, including back bends, inversions and arm balances. Pranayama and meditation are always a part of our practice.
This is a gentle full body workout which builds strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and clarity. A focus on honoring where you are in your practice and understanding of your body’s appropriate modifications will be emphasized.
This class will help you to learn about yourself and find your own inner source of peace and wellness.
Hatha/Vinyasa Flow: is about breath, strength, integrity, &wisdom. It is about going deeper into the natural connective energies of healing and finding your own vibrant self through a flowing asana sequence, each movement synchronized with the breath. It is a full body workout which builds strength, flexibility, balance and endurance, through a combination of both classical and creatively adapted sun salutations, standing and seated postures, twists and binds, backbends, and inversions such as headstands, handstands and arm balances. This is a heart-based and alignment-tuned practice.
Each class includes hands-on adjustments, philosophical teachings, uplifting music, pranayama practice, meditation and deep relaxation. A strong foundation in yoga is recommended, as well as an understanding of your body’s appropriate modifications.
Mid-Day Bliss – Lunch Hour Yoga: Supportive, compassionate and inspiring environment in which students are encouraged to practice at their own pace.
If you are looking for a class that recognizes the uniqueness of all bodies, and encourages you to work at your own level for your own growth – this is the class for you.
If you are recovering from injury, have a chronic condition such as osteoporosis, arthritis, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome or multiple sclerosis, or are limited in practically any other way, this is the class for you. We use lots of props and move slowly.

Gentle, alignment-based poses designed to strengthen and support structural joints and internal organs. Appropriate for all bodies, all levels and for persons seeking to bring healing and wellness back into their lives. Integrated movements and breathe work will also be a vital part of this therapeutic and restorative class.
Yin Yoga: is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. The focus is on letting go, softening, intentionally breathing. It is a deeply nourishing, restorative and meditative practice. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Yin Yoga is appropriate for all levels and all bodies
