I will be leading a a workshop on Sunday, January 19th, from 1:00 to 4:00pm at River Tree Yoga.
This will be a careful examination of ten poses that will always nourish and rejuvenate you. These are poses that you will see in almost every yoga classes; poses that are the foundation of so many other poses; poses that you can use to build your home practice.
